Sick of socialization, Tarotisa maneuvered her way through the corridors. She walked down the row of neat doors before stopping in front of one-eleven. It wasn't a tough number to remember, so she was certain she found the right room. Hopefully, she'd have some good roommat-
She found herself quite alone. No one had found their way back to their room yet. Tarotisa snorted, and put the bag with her egg on the pillow of a bed next to a window. She paused a moment to ensure that it was still in the quickly knitted drawstring bag, for she didn't trust her stitches to hold.
Tarotisa rose after a moment to change from her dress into commoners pants and a dark tunic - unlike the school clothing they would be wearing, but comfortable enough for her to sleep in. And it wasn't as though she thought much of fashions, beauty, or what the heck people thought of her anyway.
She plopped herself onto the bed, removing the jay feather from behind her ear and set it in the bag with her egg for safekeeping. She stared at the door while reclining - ready to spring up if someone started a row over who had what bed.
Strange as angels Dancing in the deepest oceans Twisting in the water You're just like a dream >> It's been in my head all day.

Few things could make Ukon actually go into a rage. One of those things, as Tarot was about to discover, was Taurus being scared. She had left the small baby Pegasus in their room, and while he had been alone he had eaten Ukon's good socks, but that's beside the point. When Tarot was walking, when she put her bag down, it hit Taurus. The pegasus instantly shot up and began to tremble.
UKON! Ukon! Hewp meee!
From down the hall where Ukon was scoping out the other rooms came a sudden halt of sound. Where before there had been mumbles and steps, there was nothing. A door had not opened. Then a name came from the hall, floating. "Taurus?" Then a few steps, silence, and the name was repeated again.
I'm scawed, something hit me, help help help HEWP!"
The came was cried out again and suddenly something, or someone was running down the hallway, not saying anything. The figure darted into the room and went to the source of the sound, which, to Tarot would appear to be two floating green specks. It was dark, after all, and he was black.
She turned her head and stared at Tarot. "Hm? What was that , Taurus? No, i'm sure it was an accident."

Edana stumbled around the corridors, searching for her room. She couldn't wait to set her belongings, and the heavy egg, down on whichever bed. She spotted her room, and with a sigh of relief, slowly opened the door.
She noticed the girl, Tarotisa, she had met earlier. Edana quickly placed her items down on a vacant bed, hoping it didn't belong to anyone else. Edana, not looking at Tarotisa, stroked her egg's rough surface. She wondered what was inside it, knowing that several people's eggs had hatched.
Edana stretched out onto her bed, too tired to think. Her eyes darted to her bag, which held a pair of commoner pants and a light tunic. She dashed across the room and disappeared for a moment, returning in her new clothes with her dress in her left hand. She again fell onto her bed, her egg right beside her.
